Kuwait to deport all expats who participated in the Fahaheel demonstration

Kuwait will take strict measures against expats from Fahaheel who held demonstrations after prayers. There were orders to arrest and deport Asian Muslim expats, including Indians, who staged an agitation against suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma in Kuwait City. It is illegal for expats to hold sit-ins or demonstrations in Kuwait. On June 10, some expats demonstrated in the Fahaheel area in Kuwait City.

Kuwait Ministry of Interior have also prohibited these expats from entering Kuwait ever again.
